Refund policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes you order something that you think will be perfect, but when it arrives it's not quite as you envisioned it.

All online purchases require a return authorization number (RA#) which can be obtained by emailing orders@kickssports.ca 

 

Your email must include your original order number, item(s) description and reason for the return.  Please subject your email with “Request for RA”.

 

Please note that on allowable returns, only the item price will be credited as we do not return original shipping fees.  The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (tracking is recommended). 

 

To be eligible for a return, items MUST be:

*unused and in original selling condition
*have all original tags/stickers attached
*have the original packaging (undamaged)
*show no signs of wear/washing
*purchased within the last 14 days

 

The following are considered FINAL SALE items:

• Club partner items with names, initials or numbers
• Socks and under garments (i.e. Bras, compression shorts, etc.)
